To uninstall Snap Captions, there are two files that need to be deleted.
For Windows
[ ] Copy the below pathname
%APPDATA%\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Fusion\Scripts\Comp
[ ] Paste it into the file explorer
[ ] Delete Snap Captions.lua
For Mac
[ ] Copy the below pathname
/Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Fusion/Scripts/Comp

[ ] Go to the below path name
C:\Users\Your Username Here\AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Fusion\Scripts\Comp
[ ] Delete Snap Captions.lua
For Mac
[ ] Copy the below pathname
~/Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Fusion/Scripts/Comp
For Windows
[ ] Go to the below pathname
C:\Users\Your Username Here\AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Fusion\Modules\Lua
[ ] Paste it into the file explorer
[ ] Delete utf8_snapcaptions.lua
For Mac
[ ] Copy the below pathname
/Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Fusion/Modules/Lua
After restarting Davinci Resolve, you should have Snap Captions uninstalled from your device.
